- All dedicated court areas must be grinded by a minimum CSP level 3


- All concrete flooring within a dedicated

court area that contains any dips/pooling,

pits, moisture, efflorescence, divots, etc.

must be repaired to create a flat and

consistent subfloor appropriate for sporting activities.


- All concrete cracks/control joints within a dedicated court area must be filled/fixed, and grinded to a level finish


- All dedicated court areas must be

vacuumed before handing over to the court applicators
